Abstract

Two new () and three known quinic acid derivatives () were isolated from the leaves of (Turcz) Baill. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods, especially the NMR techniques, and also by comparison with reported data in the literature. The cytotoxicity activities of these compounds were evaluated on human tumor cell lines LN229 and three of them showed a certain activity.

从白背叶(Mallotus apelta (Lour.) Muell. Arg.)的叶子中分离出两种新的奎宁酸衍生物和三种已知的奎宁酸衍生物。通过光谱方法,尤其是核磁共振技术,并与文献报道的数据进行比较,确定了这些化合物的结构。对这些化合物在人肿瘤细胞系LN229上的细胞毒性活性进行了评估,其中三种表现出一定的活性。
