Three new chromones, namely 10-(2',3'-dihydroxy-3'-methylbutanyl)-spatheliachromen, 10-(1',2',3'-trihydroxy-3'-methylbutanyl)spatheliachromen, and 6-(3'-hydroxy-3'-methyl-trans-but-1'-enyl)-O-methylisospatheliachrome n were isolated from the 10% aqueous MeOH extract of the twigs and leaves of Spathelia sorbifolia, together with five known chromones. Compound 2, the known spatheliabischromen, and 5-O-methylsorbifolin showed cytotoxicity against 9PS cells in culture.
从山梨叶白鹃梅(Spathelia sorbifolia)嫩枝和叶片的10%甲醇水溶液提取物中分离出三种新的色酮,即10-(2',3'-二羟基-3'-甲基丁基)-匙叶白鹃梅色原酮、10-(1',2',3'-三羟基-3'-甲基丁基)匙叶白鹃梅色原酮和6-(3'-羟基-3'-甲基反式-丁-1'-烯基)-O-甲基异匙叶白鹃梅色原酮,同时还分离出五种已知色酮。化合物2,即已知的匙叶双色酮,以及5-O-甲基山梨醇苷在体外培养中对9PS细胞显示出细胞毒性。
