The aim of this study was to modify and test the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the stressor scale for emergency nurses.
The methodological design was carried out in two phases: (a) form the Chinese version by Delphi method and (b) test the psychometric properties by cross-sectional survey.
The translated scale was administered to 420 nurses in Qingdao. Validity was assessed in terms of content validity, calibration correlation validity and construct validity using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Internal consistency was estimated using Cronbach α coefficients.
The Chinese version of the SSEN retains 27 items, four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, and the factor cumulative variance contribution rate was 78.463%. The fitting indexes of the four-factor model of CFA were all in the acceptable range[χ = 711.30, df = 312, p < 0.001, χ /df = 2.280, CFI = 0.933, TLI = 0.924, IFI = 0.933, RMSEA = 0.079 (90% confidence interval = 0.071-0.086)].The item-level content validity index of the Chinese SSEN is 0.89 ~ 1.00; the scale-level content validity index is 0.98; the Cronbach α coefficient of the total table is 0.971 and the split-half reliability is 0.877.
The C-SSEN can be used to help nursing managers accurately formulate management measures to improve the stress coping ability of nurses in the ED, stabilize the nursing team and ensure nursing safety.
本研究旨在修改并检验中文版急诊护士应激量表的心理测量学特性。
方法学设计分两个阶段进行：（a）采用德尔菲法形成中文版，（b）采用横断面调查法检验心理测量学特性。
将翻译后的量表应用于青岛市 420 名护士。采用内容效度、校准相关性效度和结构效度评估量表的有效性，使用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析。采用 Cronbach α 系数评估内部一致性。
中文版 SSEN 保留 27 个条目，通过探索性因子分析提取出 4 个公因子，因子累积方差贡献率为 78.463%。验证性因子分析的 4 因素模型拟合指标均在可接受范围内[χ²=711.30，df=312，p<0.001，χ/df=2.280，CFI=0.933，TLI=0.924，IFI=0.933，RMSEA=0.079（90%置信区间为 0.0710.086）]。中文版 SSEN 的项目水平内容效度指数为 0.891.00，量表水平内容效度指数为 0.98；总量表的 Cronbach α 系数为 0.971，分半信度为 0.877。
C-SSEN 可用于帮助护理管理者准确制定管理措施，提高急诊护士的应激应对能力，稳定护理团队，保障护理安全。
