This study aimed to see if increasing the concentration of nutmeg flesh extract could increase the growth of bacteria and if it had any effect on broiler chicken performance.
Different concentrations of nutmeg flesh extract (5, 10, 15, and 20/100 ml distilled water) were combined with 10 ml (bacterial concentration 1 × 10 cfu/ml) to produce synbiotics. A total of 250 unsexed Lohmann broiler chickens were reared together from 0 to 7 days of age in the study. Beginning on day 8, synbiotics nutmeg flesh extract and were added to the ration in amounts of 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 ml/kg for T1, T2, T3, and T4, respectively, while no synbiotics were added to the control diet (T0).
The levels of nutmeg flesh extract had a significant ( < 0.05) effect on growth. In the survival test against gastric acid, bile salts, and temperature, the addition of nutmeg flesh extract (20/100 ml distilled water) significantly ( < 0.05) maintained the population of . studies showed that the T1,T2,T3, and T4 groups gained more body weight ( < 0.05) than the T0 group during the rearing period but had no effect ( > 0.05) on the internal organ weight and carcass of broiler chickens.
Nutmeg flesh extract could stimulate the growth of L. plantarum bacteria, and using it as a synbiotic could improve broiler chicken performance.
本研究旨在探讨增加肉豆蔻果肉提取物浓度是否能促进细菌生长以及对肉鸡生产性能是否有影响。
将不同浓度的肉豆蔻果肉提取物(5、10、15和20/100毫升蒸馏水)与10毫升(细菌浓度1×10 cfu/毫升)混合制成合生元。本研究中,共250只未分性别的罗曼肉鸡从0日龄饲养至7日龄。从第8天开始,分别以0.5、1、1.5和2毫升/千克的量向T1、T2、T3和T4组的日粮中添加合生元肉豆蔻果肉提取物,而对照组日粮(T0)不添加合生元。
肉豆蔻果肉提取物水平对生长有显著(<0.05)影响。在抗胃酸、胆汁盐和温度的存活试验中,添加肉豆蔻果肉提取物(20/100毫升蒸馏水)能显著(<0.05)维持[细菌名称未给出]的数量。研究表明,在饲养期内,T1、T2、T3和T4组的体重增加量比T0组更多(<0.05),但对肉鸡的内脏器官重量和胴体无影响(>0.05)。
肉豆蔻果肉提取物可刺激植物乳杆菌的生长,将其用作合生元可提高肉鸡生产性能。
