Abstract

The draft genome sequence of BS25, previously isolated from a fermented rice-shrimp mixture () in the Philippines, was analyzed. The genome contains 3,264,139 bp (44.62% GC%), and a total of 3,069 predicted coding sequences, 2 rRNAs, and 52 tRNAs.

对之前从菲律宾的发酵虾稻混合物中分离出的BS25的基因组序列草图进行了分析。该基因组包含3,264,139个碱基对（GC含量为44.62%），总共预测有3,069个编码序列、2个rRNA和52个tRNA。
