Abstract

The draft genome sequence of BS25, previously isolated from a fermented rice-shrimp mixture () in the Philippines, was analyzed. The genome contains 3,264,139 bp (44.62% GC%), and a total of 3,069 predicted coding sequences, 2 rRNAs, and 52 tRNAs.
