Abstract
We present a genome assembly from sporozoites from a clonal line of (the Coccidian parasite; Apicomplexa; Conoidasida; Eucoccidiorida; Eimeriidae). The genome sequence is 64.3 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 15 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The organelle genomes have also been assembled and the mitochondrial genome is 6.23 kilobases in length, while the apicoplast genome is 28.83 kilobases long.
