Abstract

• Redo surgery for severe MR after MA can be high risk. • m-TEER can be successful if patient is not a candidate for redo surgery or valve-in-ring. • Small mitral orifice area and postdevice mean gradient may limit m-TEER to 1 device. • We present 3 cases of m-TEER for severe MR after MA. • TEE guidance may optimize m-TEER success for severe MR after MA.

摘要

• 二尖瓣置换术后严重二尖瓣反流再次手术风险可能很高。

• 如果患者不适合再次手术或瓣膜环内植入瓣膜,经皮二尖瓣缘对缘修复术(m-TEER)可能会成功。

• 二尖瓣口面积小和装置植入后平均压差可能会将m-TEER限制为单次装置植入。
