Abstract

This study aimed to excavate the entry advices and suggestions for new-graduate nurses. Research based on social media analysis for advices to new-graduate nurses is rare. We conducted a detailed analysis and modularization of the relevant contents based on social media. A grounded theory study based on social media content. The answers to questions such like "What's your advices and suggestions for new-graduate nurses?" on a famous social media platform in China were searched, collected, coded, and analyzed until September 2023. Four core category modules including professional knowledge module, professional ability module, socialization and interpersonal communication module, and personal trait module were established. The theoretical framework of 21 main categories was also established. Social media contents provide valuable and experienced advices and suggestions for new-graduate nurses in an efficient and convenient way. The analysis of these contents is helpful for new-graduate nurse education and management.

本研究旨在挖掘针对新毕业护士的入职建议。基于社交媒体分析来研究针对新毕业护士的建议的情况较为少见。我们基于社交媒体对相关内容进行了详细分析和模块化处理。这是一项基于社交媒体内容的扎根理论研究。在中国一个著名社交媒体平台上,搜索、收集、编码并分析了诸如“你对新毕业护士有什么建议?”这类问题的答案,直至2023年9月。建立了包括专业知识模块、专业能力模块、社会化与人际沟通模块以及个人特质模块在内的四个核心类别模块。还建立了包含21个主要类别的理论框架。社交媒体内容以高效便捷的方式为新毕业护士提供了有价值且具经验性的建议。对这些内容的分析有助于新毕业护士的教育与管理。
