Abstract

Two novel bacteria (designated N501-2 and N40-8-2) belonging to the genera and were isolated from traditional Chinese pickle ('Suan cai') and identified. Strain N501-2 was phylogenetically related to the type strains of , , and , having 98.7-99.4% 16S rRNA gene sequence similarities. Strain N40-8-2 was phylogenetically related to the type strains of , , , , and , having 98.4-99.4% 16S rRNA gene sequence similarities. Strain N501-2 had 74.0-84.2% ANI (average nucleotide identity), 20.8-28.4% dDDH (digital DNA-DNA hybridization) and 73.5-86.8% AAI (average amino acid identity) values with DSM 13343, JCM 19617, N163-3-2 and 47-3. Analyses based on whole-genome sequences indicated that strain N40-8-2 was most closely related to the type strains of , , and , having less than 87.4% ANI, 33.6% dDDH and 93.2% AAI values. Based upon the data obtained in the present study, two novel species, sp. nov. and sp. nov., are proposed, and the type strains are N501-2 (=CCTCC AB 2024124=JCM 37150=LMG 33663) and N40-8-2 (=CCTCC AB 2024128=JCM 37001=LMG 33659), respectively.

从中国传统泡菜(“酸菜”)中分离并鉴定出两种属于不同属的新型细菌(分别命名为N501-2和N40-8-2)。菌株N501-2在系统发育上与、、和的模式菌株相关,16S rRNA基因序列相似性为98.7 - 99.4%。菌株N40-8-2在系统发育上与、、、、和的模式菌株相关,16S rRNA基因序列相似性为98.4 - 99.4%。菌株N501-2与DSM 13343、JCM 19617、N163-3-2和47-3的ANI(平均核苷酸同一性)值为74.0 - 84.2%,dDDH(数字DNA-DNA杂交)值为20.8 - 28.4%,AAI(平均氨基酸同一性)值为73.5 - 86.8%。基于全基因组序列的分析表明,菌株N40-8-2与、、和的模式菌株关系最为密切,ANI值小于87.4%,dDDH值为33.6%,AAI值为93.2%。根据本研究获得的数据,提出了两个新物种,即sp. nov.和sp. nov.,其模式菌株分别为N501-2(=CCTCC AB 2024124=JCM 37150=LMG 33663)和N40-8-2(=CCTCC AB 2024128=JCM 37001=LMG 33659)。
