Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a specimen of (Bog Asphodel; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Dioscoreales; Nartheciaceae). The genome sequence has a total length of 378.87 megabases. Most of the assembly (98.91%) is scaffolded into 13 chromosomal pseudomolecules. Two mitochondrial multipartite genomes of 309.19 and 100.78 kilobases, and a plastid genome of 155.31 kilobases were assembled.
