[Effects of piracetam in healthy dogs and dogs with experimental neuroses].

Pyracetam in doses of 20 to 200 mg/kg exerted no substantial influence on instrumental alimentary conditioned reflexes and vegetative reactions of healthy dogs, but was efficient in the period of learning. Administration of 20 to 80 mg/kg doses of the drug during neurotic disturbances of behaviour with concomitant vegetative changes of pathological nature, was attended with a positive effect lasting one to two days.
