Abstract

The children from 7 to 15 years of age suffering from constitutional-exogenous overweight , stage I-II, demonstrated a statistically significant increase in adrenaline excretion and a clear tendency to an increase in noradrenaline excretion with the urine. The complex of therapeutic measures including dietetics, graded physical exercise, hydrotherapeutic procedures and massage without additional prescription of vitamin B6 resulted in a significant drop of adrenalin and noradrenalin excretion with the urine. The therapeutic doses of pyridoxine administered in the presence of complex treatment of constitutional-exogenous overweight mollify reduced catecholamine excretion and promote its returning to normal.
