Of 322 stool specimens collected from children with diarrhea from October 2005 through September 2006 in Wuhan, China, group A rotavirus was identified in 101 (31.4%). The most prevalent group A rotavirus genotype was G3P[8] (62.6%), followed by G1P8, G1+G3P8, G3P4, G1P4, and G9P8. The G9 strains were first detected in Wuhan.
2005年10月至2006年9月在中国武汉收集的322份腹泻儿童粪便标本中,101份(31.4%)检测出A组轮状病毒。最常见的A组轮状病毒基因型是G3P[8](62.6%),其次是G1P[8](17.6%)、G1+G3P[8](8.8%)、G3P[4](6.6%)、G1P[4](2.2%)和G9P[8](2.2%)。G9毒株首次在武汉被检测到。
