A new trans-clerodane diterpenoid, laevigatbenzoate (1), was isolated from the leaves of Croton laevigatus Vahl. Its structure was established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configuration was determined by application of the CD excitation chirality method. This compound showed weak cytotoxicity against HeLa cells, with an IC(50) value of 45.4 μM.
从越南产的粗毛鳞菊(Croton laevigatus Vahl)的叶子中分离得到一个新的愈创木烷二萜内酯化合物 laevigatbenzoate(1)。根据光谱分析确定了其结构,并用 CD 激发手性法确定了其绝对构型。该化合物对 HeLa 细胞显示出较弱的细胞毒性,IC50 值为 45.4 μM。
