Three new eudesmane sesquiterpenoids, commiphoranes E1-E3 (1-3), a new podocarpane diterpenoid, commiphorane F (4), three new triterpenoids, commiphoranes G1-G3 (5-7), and fourteen known terpenoids (8-21) were isolated from Resina Commiphora. The structures and relative configurations of new compounds were mainly assigned by spectroscopic methods. In particular, the absolute configuration of 3 was clarified by computational methods. Renoprotective effects of all these isolates were evaluated by using an ELISA assay in TGF-β1-induced rat kidney tubular epithelial cells. The present findings add new facets for chemical profiling of plant resins.
从没药树脂中分离出三种新的桉叶烷倍半萜类化合物没药烷E1 - E3(1 - 3)、一种新的罗汉松烷二萜类化合物没药烷F(4)、三种新的三萜类化合物没药烷G1 - G3(5 - 7)以及十四种已知萜类化合物(8 - 21)。新化合物的结构和相对构型主要通过光谱方法确定。特别是,化合物3的绝对构型通过计算方法得以阐明。利用酶联免疫吸附测定法在转化生长因子-β1诱导的大鼠肾小管上皮细胞中评估了所有这些分离物的肾脏保护作用。本研究结果为植物树脂的化学剖析增添了新的方面。
