Abstract

Chemical study on the ethanolic extract generated from the aerial parts of Croton kongensis led to the isolation of three new 8,9-seco-ent-kaurane diterpenoids, kongeniods A‒C (1‒3), together with seven known analogs (4-10). The structures of these compounds were assigned by spectroscopic data analysis. The vitro cytotoxic tests showed that compounds 1-3 exhibited strong activities against HL-60 cell lines with IC values of 0.47, 0.58, and 1.27 μM, respectively.

对海南巴豆地上部分乙醇提取物的化学研究,导致分离出三种新的8,9-断-对映-贝壳杉烷二萜类化合物,即海南巴豆素A‒C(1‒3),以及七种已知类似物(4 - 10)。通过光谱数据分析确定了这些化合物的结构。体外细胞毒性试验表明,化合物1 - 3对HL - 60细胞系表现出较强活性,IC值分别为0.47、0.58和1.27 μM。
