Abstract

BACKGROUND

is the most prominent cause of infectious diseases that span from the gastrointestinal tract to extra-intestinal sites such as urinary tract infection, septicaemia, and neonatal meningitis. The emergence and spread of antibiotic resistance in is an increasing public health concern across the world. Rising resistance in isolates is also observed in Iran. This review summarizes the status of antibiotic resistance of isolates in Iran from 2007 to 2016.

METHODS

The data of the prevalence of antibiotic resistance were collected from databases such as Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar and Scientific Information Database.

RESULTS

Antibiotic resistance in is on the rise.

CONCLUSION

Prevalence of antibiotic resistance of varies from region to region in Iran.

背景

是从胃肠道到肠道外部位(如尿路感染、败血症和新生儿脑膜炎)等传染病的最主要病因。其抗生素耐药性的出现和传播是全球日益关注的公共卫生问题。在伊朗也观察到分离株的耐药性不断上升。本综述总结了2007年至2016年伊朗分离株的抗生素耐药性状况。

方法

从科学网、PubMed、Scopus、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、谷歌学术和科学信息数据库等数据库收集抗生素耐药性流行数据。

结果

的抗生素耐药性正在上升。

结论

伊朗不同地区的抗生素耐药性流行情况各不相同。
