BACKGROUND
Wound healing is the process of repair following an injury to the skin and other soft tissues. In this study, the effect of n-hexane d-chloromethane extract (1: 1) of root DC on the second degree burn in rabbit model was investigated.
METHODS
Thirty-six adult rabbits of both sexes were randomly divided into six groups, control (without treatment), negative control (treatment with cold cream), positive control (treatment with silver sulfadiazine), and treatment groups with 5%, 1% and 2% cream and assessed histologically.
RESULTS
The best result was shown in 5% group similar to silver sulfadiazine group. The maximum amount of collagen and the tensile strength of tissue were observed in 5% and silver sulfadiazine groups. Histopathological examination showed that burn healing in treatment group with 5% was faster than other groups.
CONCLUSION
The 5% cream was shown to have healing, and anti-inflammatory effects when used in treatment of second degree burns.
背景
伤口愈合是皮肤和其他软组织受伤后的修复过程。本研究调查了根DC的正己烷二氯甲烷提取物（1:1）对兔模型二度烧伤的影响。
方法
将36只成年雌雄兔随机分为六组，即对照组（未治疗）、阴性对照组（用冷霜治疗）、阳性对照组（用磺胺嘧啶银治疗）以及5%、1%和2%乳膏治疗组，并进行组织学评估。
结果
5%组显示出与磺胺嘧啶银组相似的最佳效果。在5%组和磺胺嘧啶银组中观察到最大量的胶原蛋白和组织抗张强度。组织病理学检查表明，5%治疗组的烧伤愈合比其他组更快。
结论
5%乳膏在用于治疗二度烧伤时显示出愈合和抗炎作用。
