A new -methoxy-1-pyridone alkaloid [chromenopyridin A ()] and four known compounds (-) were isolated and identified from the endophytic fungus P-6, which was derived from the bark of the critically endangered conifer . Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Among the isolates, compound showed considerable cytotoxicities against the A549 and Hela human cancer cell lines, with IC values of 14.7 and 11.3 μM. In addition, compounds and exhibited potent antibacterial activity against with MIC values of 62.5 and 15.6 μg/mL, respectively.
从濒危针叶树 树皮中分离得到一株内生真菌 P-6,从中分离得到一个新的 -甲氧基-1-吡啶酮生物碱[色烯吡啶 A()]和四个已知化合物(-)。通过广泛的光谱分析和单晶 X 射线衍射确定了它们的结构。在所分离的化合物中,化合物 对 A549 和 Hela 人癌细胞系表现出相当强的细胞毒性,IC 值分别为 14.7 和 11.3 μM。此外,化合物 和 对 具有很强的抗菌活性,MIC 值分别为 62.5 和 15.6 μg/mL。
