A new biflavonoid, luteolin-(6→8'')-apigenin was isolated from 80% methanol extract of (Cav.) Cabrera leaves (Anacardiaceae). The structure was elucidated by 1D and 2D-NMR spectroscopic data. This compound exhibited antidiabetic effect via -amylase assay. Furthermore, it possesses anti-inflammatory activity through membrane stabilization effect on erythrocytes.
从(Cav.)Cabrera 叶(漆树科)80%甲醇提取物中分离得到一种新的双黄酮类化合物,木犀草素-(6''→8'')-芹菜素。通过 1D 和 2D-NMR 光谱数据阐明了其结构。该化合物通过 -淀粉酶测定表现出抗糖尿病作用。此外,它通过对红细胞的膜稳定作用具有抗炎活性。
