Jinbian carp () is an endemic species in China. The complete mitochondrial genome of Jinbian carp is determined to be 16,581 bp in length and includes 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, and a control region. Its structural organization and gene order are equivalent to other common carp strains. The phylogenetic analyses will contribute to further insights of the taxonomy and phylogeny in Cyprinidae family.
锦鲤（）是中国的特有物种。锦鲤的完整线粒体基因组长度确定为16,581 bp，包括13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因、22个转移RNA基因和一个控制区。其结构组织和基因顺序与其他鲤鱼品种相当。系统发育分析将有助于进一步了解鲤科的分类学和系统发育。
