AIM
This study aims to test the validity and the reliability of the Turkish version of the Prenatal Comfort Scale.
METHOD
The sample of this methodological study included 260 pregnant women presenting to a prenatal screening outpatient clinic. The Prenatal Comfort Scale included 15 items and 5 subscales. Internal consistency analysis, item-total score correlations, and confirmatory factor analysis with Lisrel (8.51) were used to test the reliability of the scale.
RESULTS
The internal consistency Cronbach's alpha value was .86 for the Prenatal Comfort Scale and .78, .79, .82, .69, and .60 for the subscales. The item-total score correlation coefficients ranged from .32 to .66 ( = .32-.66). A factor analysis was made to evaluate consistency between the Turkish version of the scale and the original scale. The second item loaded on interacting with fetal movements in the original scale was found to load on recognizing changes during pregnancy in the Turkish version of the scale.
CONCLUSION
The Turkish version of the Prenatal Comfort Scale was found to have sufficient compatibility. It is also a valid and reliable scale.
目的
本研究旨在检验土耳其语版产前舒适量表的有效性和可靠性。
方法
本方法学研究的样本包括260名到产前筛查门诊就诊的孕妇。产前舒适量表包含15个条目和5个分量表。采用内部一致性分析、条目与总分的相关性分析以及使用Lisrel（8.51）进行验证性因子分析来检验该量表的可靠性。
结果
产前舒适量表的内部一致性Cronbach's alpha值为0.86，各分量表的该值分别为0.78、0.79、0.82、0.69和0.60。条目与总分的相关系数范围为0.32至0.66（r = 0.32 - 0.66）。进行因子分析以评估该量表土耳其语版与原版量表之间的一致性。发现原版量表中与胎动互动相关的第二个条目在该量表土耳其语版中加载到了识别孕期变化上。
结论
发现土耳其语版产前舒适量表具有足够的兼容性。它也是一个有效且可靠的量表。
