Abstract

is a valuable medical macrofungus with a myriad of diverse secondary metabolites, in which triterpenoids are the major constituents. This paper introduced the germplasm resources of genus from textual research, its distribution and identification at the molecular level. Also we overviewed in the components, the biological activities and biosynthetic pathways of ganoderic acid, aiming to provide scientific evidence for the development and utilization of germplasm resources and the biosynthesis of ganoderic acid.

是一种具有多种不同次生代谢产物的珍贵药用大型真菌,其中三萜类化合物是主要成分。本文从考证方面介绍了该属的种质资源、其分布以及分子水平上的鉴定。此外,我们还概述了灵芝酸在成分、生物活性和生物合成途径方面的情况,旨在为灵芝种质资源的开发利用和灵芝酸的生物合成提供科学依据。
