Oropharyngeal Candidiasis (OPC) is an opportunistic fungal infection occurring in immunocompromised patients such as HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antifungal properties of and on different species isolated from oral cavity of HIV/AIDS patients compared to Fluconazole (FLC). In this study, the antifungal effects of both cells and cell-free supernatants (CFSs) of and were investigated against different oral species by co-aggregation, agar overlay interference and broth microdilution assays, respectively. Our results showed that the highest co-aggregation ratio of the two tested Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) was observed for . Both and at cell concentrations 10 to 10 cfu/ml were able to inhibit the growth of most of the oral species, except for , and to some . In this study, MIC and MFC values for CFS of ranged from 100 to 200 µl/ml and 100 to 200 µl/ml, respectively, and MIC and MFC values for CFS of were 50 to 200 µl/ml and 50 to 200 µl/ml, respectively. The ranges of MIC and MFC for FLC were 256-1024 µg/ml and 512-2048 µg/ml, respectively. and displayed the highest and least susceptibility to CFSs of two LAB, respectively. Our findings showed that both cells and CFSs of and had antifungal effects against oral species.
口腔念珠菌病(OPC)是一种机会性真菌感染,发生于免疫功能低下的患者,如艾滋病毒/艾滋病患者。本研究的目的是评估[具体物质1]和[具体物质2]与氟康唑(FLC)相比,对从艾滋病毒/艾滋病患者口腔分离出的不同[真菌种类]的抗真菌特性。在本研究中,分别通过共聚集、琼脂覆盖干扰和肉汤微量稀释试验,研究了[具体物质1]和[具体物质2]的细胞及无细胞上清液(CFSs)对不同口腔[真菌种类]的抗真菌作用。我们的结果表明,[具体物质1]的两种测试乳酸菌(LAB)的共聚集率最高。[具体物质1]和[具体物质2]在细胞浓度为10⁶至10⁸ cfu/ml时,能够抑制大多数口腔[真菌种类]的生长,除了[某种真菌],对[另一种真菌]也有一定抑制作用。在本研究中,[具体物质1]的CFS的MIC和MFC值分别为100至200 μl/ml和100至200 μl/ml,[具体物质2]的CFS的MIC和MFC值分别为50至200 μl/ml和50至200 μl/ml。氟康唑的MIC和MFC范围分别为256 - 1024 μg/ml和512 - 2048 μg/ml。[某种真菌]和[另一种真菌]分别对两种LAB的CFS表现出最高和最低的敏感性。我们的研究结果表明,[具体物质1]和[具体物质2]的细胞及CFSs对口腔[真菌种类]均有抗真菌作用。
