Abstract

In our continuous search for antibacterial agents against pv. (Psa) from kiwi-associated fungi, two pairs of epimeric cytochalasins, zopfiellasins A-D (-), were characterized from the fungus sp. The structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis, while the absolute configurations were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds and exhibited antibacterial activity against Psa with MIC values of 25 and 50 μg/mL, respectively. This is the first report of anti-Psa activity of cytochalasin derivatives.

在我们不断寻找针对猕猴桃相关真菌 pv. (Psa) 的抗菌剂的过程中,从真菌 sp.中分离得到了两对差向细胞松弛素 zopfiellasins A-D(-)。结构是基于光谱数据分析确定的,而绝对构型则是通过单晶 X 射线衍射确定的。化合物和对 Psa 具有抗菌活性,MIC 值分别为 25 和 50 μg/mL。这是细胞松弛素衍生物抗 Psa 活性的首次报道。
