The endophytic fungus, sp. L2D2 was isolated from the medicinal plant and has been assessed for extracellular enzyme production, plant growth promotion, antifungal, antibacterial, and antioxidant activities in vitro. The endophyte has been found to produce amylase, cellulose, and ammonia qualitatively. The antifungal activity was evaluated using , , , , , , , , , and by the dual culture method and showed strong antifungal activity with 100% inhibition against and . For antibacterial activity, ethyl acetate extract of sp. L2D2 was tested against , , , , , and by the agar well diffusion method and the 96-well microplate method, and has shown the lowest MIC of 15.62 µg/ml against and . The DPPH assay was used to examine the free radical scavenging activity of the crude extract of the endophytic fungus and showed good antioxidant activity with an IC value of 85.94 µg/ml.
内生真菌sp. L2D2是从药用植物中分离得到的,已对其胞外酶产生、促进植物生长、抗真菌、抗菌和抗氧化活性进行了体外评估。已发现该内生菌能定性产生淀粉酶、纤维素酶和氨。采用双培养法,使用[此处缺失具体菌株名称]评估其抗真菌活性,结果显示对[此处缺失具体菌株名称]和[此处缺失具体菌株名称]有100%的抑制率,表现出较强的抗真菌活性。对于抗菌活性,采用琼脂孔扩散法和96孔微孔板法,用sp. L2D2的乙酸乙酯提取物对[此处缺失具体菌株名称]、[此处缺失具体菌株名称]、[此处缺失具体菌株名称]、[此处缺失具体菌株名称]、[此处缺失具体菌株名称]和[此处缺失具体菌株名称]进行测试,结果显示对[此处缺失具体菌株名称]和[此处缺失具体菌株名称]的最低抑菌浓度为15.62 µg/ml。采用DPPH法检测内生真菌粗提物的自由基清除活性,结果显示其具有良好的抗氧化活性,IC值为85.94 µg/ml。
