Abstract
The clinical, virological, and biochemical course of 3 chronic HBAg carriers who developed acute hepatitis A is described. Two of the patients had pre-existent chronic active hepatitis. The clinical course in each case was benign with resolution within one month, and there was a marked fall in HBAg titre in one of the patients with chronic active hepatitis.

本文描述了3例慢性乙肝表面抗原（HBAg）携带者发生甲型肝炎时的临床、病毒学及生化过程。其中2例患者先前患有慢性活动性肝炎。每例患者的临床过程均为良性，1个月内病情缓解，且1例慢性活动性肝炎患者的HBAg滴度显著下降。
