Second-order sexual harassment (SOSH) is the harassment suffered by those who stand with and support victims of violence against women (VAW). Because the vast majority of programs currently focus on promoting , for such programs to be successful, knowledge about and actions against SOSH are necessary. Through narratives, this article provides unprecedented clues about SOSH. Working on safety strategies for individuals who support victims, promoting solidarity networks that also address SOSH, and ensuring that institutional policies are enforced are found to be central factors that can help prevent and/or transcend SOSH.
二级性骚扰(SOSH)是指那些站在遭受暴力侵害妇女(VAW)的受害者一边并给予支持的人所遭受的骚扰。由于目前绝大多数项目都侧重于促进此类项目的成功,因此有必要了解和采取反对 SOSH 的行动。本文通过叙事,提供了关于 SOSH 的前所未有的线索。为支持受害者的个人制定安全策略、促进解决 SOSH 的团结网络以及确保执行机构政策,被发现是有助于预防和/或超越 SOSH 的核心因素。
